Bellarine Community Health’s Community Transport Program is a government funded program that is designed to provide accessible and affordable transport service to people who may have difficulty accessing conventional transport.
This program support eligible clients to attend;
- BCH Social Support groups
- BCH group exercise sessions
- BCH clinical appointments such as Podiatry or Physiotherapy
- Trips to a local shopping centre
This is a free service for eligible clients, however depending on eligibility, there may be a small charge to use the service for shopping trips.
