2024 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Bellarine Community Health Ltd (BCH) was held on Thursday 28 November 2024 at 5:30pm.

Board Director Election Update
Following the initial call for nominations for four (4) elected Director vacancies on the BCH Board of Directors, the 9 nominations were received by the cut-off date of 4pm on Thursday 17 October:

Ballot papers and a Board of Directors Nominee Information were distributed.
A ballot count, in the presence of an independent scrutineer, was held on Wednesday 20 November.
Congratulations to the following people were duly elected for a three-year term.
