Youth Community Nursing and GP services at BCH aim to support young people in making a safe and healthy transition to adulthood. Our team of GPs and Nurses provide comprehensive, patient-centred care and act as a bridge between patients and specialised medical services, all the while considering the unique needs of each individual patient.
Our professionals are available at the Drysdale Youth site and at headspace Ocean Grove.
Our Nurses and Doctors provide the social, physical, sexual and emotional support and wellbeing through assessment, engagement and ongoing holistic health care. We can provide help in the following areas:
