Bellarine Community Health offers a range of physical activity options for adults at locations across the Bellarine.

Exercise Groups

All new participants receive an initial assessment to determine the best treatment based on individual goals.

Individual programs are reviewed and adapted as your fitness progresses.

All programs are supervised by qualified and registered instructors and are suitable for people with chronic health conditions.

Mobility Training (Group)

For clients who would like a lower level of exercise aimed at functional mobility and balance. This group activity aims to improve strength, flexibility and balance. The classes are led by an instructor and include moderate, mostly chair based exercises with light weights.

Resistance Training (Group)

Tailored resistance exercise for higher functioning seniors who would like an introduction to the gym. This is more challenging exercise which aims to provide participants with strength, flexibility and balance training.
