This site has been developed by the Regional Advisor Sector Support and Development for members of the Barwon CHSP HACC PYP Alliance and Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP) service providers across Australia.
The Regional Advisor works with funded agencies to support change management, the sharing of good practice and encourage inclusive access and person centred care.
The objective of Sector Support and Development is to provide support to CHSP service providers through reforms to the CHSP, in preparation for a new in-home aged care system, and to operate effectively in line with the objectives of the CHSP and within the context of the broader aged care system.
Sector Support and Development is funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care, although funding has been provided by the Victorian or Australian Government, the material contained herein does not necessarily represent the views or policies of either government.
