Dying to Know Day – Let’s bust some myths about dying
Join us for a free information session about ways to live your best (finite) life. You will hear from someone with lived experience of Palliative Care and hear from our dedicated Palliative Care team. There will also be fun activities like flower arranging and rock decorating.
