BCH 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Bellarine Community Health Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 5.30pm at the BCH offices at 2 Nelson Road, Point Lonsdale. 

We are very pleased to announce that Roxie Bennett OAM will be the guest speaker at the AGM.  Roxie will speak about the power of community connection.

Following the AGM formalities, we invite you to stay on for light refreshments and an opportunity to chat with the BCH Board Directors, executive staff and other members and guests.

RSVP in advance is essential by emailing info@bch.org.au.  Closing date for registration is 5pm on Friday 20 November.  Please indicate in your RSVP if you wish to attend the meeting in person or online.  Should you wish to attend online a link to the meeting along with instructions will be emailed to you.

BCH Members may submit items for business / special resolutions for the Annual General Meeting.  These must be received by 5pm Wednesday 11 November.  Please send these to kate.hughes@bch.org.au. Note:  only BCH Members are entitled to vote at the AGM.

Should you not be able to attend the meeting, you may nominate another person (proxy) to attend and vote on your behalf. Your proxy must RSVP to participate in the meeting (see above).  The completed proxy form (attached) must be received by Kate Hughes, by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 24 November. The proxy form is linked on the left side of this page.

Proxy forms may be emailed directly to kate.hughes@bch.org.au; posted to PO Box 26, Point Lonsdale 3225 (please allow appropriate time for mail delivery); or hand delivered to the BCH offices at 2 Nelson Road, Point Lonsdale in an envelope clearly marked to Kate’s attention.

The agenda and associated documents for the 2026 AGM will be posted to this page by close of business on Monday 16 November.

Special General Meeting – May 2026

A Special General Meeting of Bellarine Community Health was held on Thursday 28 May 2026 at 5.00pm where the revised BCH Constitution was adopted and the BCH 2026-2030 Strategic Plan was launched.
