Meal delivery to the Bellarine

The Bellarine Community Health Meals on Wheels program delivers nutritious meals to residents who are unable to provide for their personal dietary needs and as we know that good nutrition plays a key part in overall health and wellbeing.

Meals on Wheels has become more than “just a meal”, it also provides an opportunity for meaningful connection and helps to reduce the social isolation risk for many older adults.

Every meal is:

  • made to meet the daily nutritional needs of older adults
  • delivered by volunteers who also perform a wellbeing check

What’s on the menu?

All meals are prepared fresh by Choice Meals and their menu allows you to choose from several options each day to select the food that best suits your tastes and is updated regularly. They cater for a range of special dietary, medical and cultural requirements.

Eligible residents can receive up to seven meals per week.
