Returning to school may be stressful for some young people. Young people can feel a range of emotions when they’re heading back to school from excitement and anticipation to nerves or even fear.
New and noticeable changes in your young person’s behaviour may indicate they need some support.
Tanya Fitzgerald, headspace Ocean Grove Manager and Manager of BCH Mental Health and Youth Health & Wellbeing services spoke to Pulse FM radio about the signs to look for if a young person is struggling and tips on how you can support them.
