Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is currently in the process of building its next Strategic Plan.
The strategy will set the vision and priorities for the organisation for the next five years.
We want to ensure that we are listening to our community and that our Strategic Plan reflects community priorities. Community feedback allows us to have a greater understanding of the diverse needs of our community and their lived experiences.
