New free mental health program for adults

Has Covid-19 left you concerned about your mental health?

Would you like to learn more about how to manage anxious or depressive feelings?

Bellarine Community Health is running a new mental health program for adults.

It’s a series of free mental health and wellbeing education sessions for adults every Tuesday for a six week period.

The sessions will change each week so you can come along to one, or come to all six of the sessions.

The sessions have been designed to build skills to help people experiencing anxious and or depressive symptoms to better manage these symptoms.

It will be a group format with small breakout groups to share and brain storm ideas, a “team approach” style with the facilitator being the coach.
